The challenge
A product people love, sold one conversation at a time.
Most of the revenue closes in chat. That breaks the usual stack three ways: the ad platforms cannot see the sale, nobody can follow up on every conversation that goes quiet, and the store has to convert on a phone, on a slow connection, in Spanish.
The brief was never a website. It was a brand, a store, a checkout, honest attribution and a growth engine, all of it kept running while the store kept selling.
What we built
Six pieces, one dedicated developer.
foundation
Brand and web presence
Identity, art direction and a WordPress site on a standalone block theme. Core Web Vitals and hosting on the same seat.
foundation
Store and checkout
Built to convert on a phone. WhatsApp orders land in WooCommerce carrying the same attribution as web orders.
foundation
Pixel integration
Meta pixel plus server-side events, so chat purchases still reach the ad platforms with their source intact.

Questions
About the store, and about getting one like it.
What is Save a Playa?
A 100 percent natural deodorant made in the Colombian Caribbean, sold direct to consumer at saveaplaya.org. Every purchase funds beach cleanups through its foundation. The store has passed 205,000 orders.
Who built the Save a Playa store?
Ozone Group: the brand, the WordPress site on a standalone block theme, the WooCommerce store and checkout, the pixel integration, and the three growth platforms (Revive, Second Order, ROAS Link), built and run by a dedicated nearshore developer in Colombia, directed from Orlando, FL.
What is the stack?
WordPress and WooCommerce on Pete Panel hosting, Meta pixel with server-side events, the WhatsApp Business API, and three custom platforms on PHP, Laravel and JavaScript with Claude and Gemini behind the analysis. Every change ships from a staging copy after senior review.
How much of the sales come through WhatsApp?
43 percent of orders close in a WhatsApp conversation. Those orders land in WooCommerce with the same attribution as web orders, so the ad platforms and the weekly review both see them.
What did the growth platforms change?
Second Order’s reconnection tool lifted repurchases by more than 80 percent on a two-month repurchase cycle. Revive brought back 1 in 5 WhatsApp leads that had gone quiet. ROAS Link replaced platform-reported ROAS with true ROAS on real orders.
Can I get the same for my store?
Yes. Hire an Ozone nearshore developer and you receive an open license to the platforms: all three with a full-time seat ($3,900 a month, 160 hours), one of your choice with a part-time seat (from $2,500, 80 hours). Month to month; if you stop the seat, the platform stays on a $900 a month license with hosting and support, updates at $60 an hour. See nearshore developers.
